From finding to fixed, with proof.
Track every gap raised by audits, assessments, scans, control tests and connected systems. Give each one owners and an approved remediation plan, and let AI turn clusters of related findings into a well-written draft risk.

What Findings Management does
Findings arrive from many directions: internal and external audits, vendor assessments, control tests, firewall and configuration reviews, exposure scans, Policy-as-Code checks and other systems such as CryptoVantis. RiskVantis keeps them in one register. A finding becomes Active only when it has a Finding Action Owner, a Finding Owner and a remediation plan with at least one task. If it loses any of these, it goes back to Draft.
Remediation plans follow the same workflows as risk treatment, with approval by the Finding Owner and the CISO. AI recommends tasks for you to review, and several proposed owners can be asked, with the first to accept taking the plan. When several Active findings point to the same problem, select them and AI drafts a risk that carries the context of each one. Closure progress rolls up into every linked risk.
Key capabilities
One register, many sources
Audits, assessments, scans, control tests, Policy-as-Code and other systems, each with its source.
Governed remediation plans
Plans follow your workflow, with Finding Owner and CISO approval routes.
AI task recommendations
Suggested remediation tasks that you edit before anything is added.
AI draft-risk synthesis
Select related Active findings and generate a draft risk that references each of them.
Findings from other systems
Connected tools report issues by API; each one arrives once and its owners stay in control.
Bulk actions
Create risk, export PDF and delete to the Recycle Bin, with tasks cascaded and restorable.
The business case.
Efficiency, multi-framework alignment, reduced complexity and streamlined processes: what Findings Management changes for your programme.
Less effort per finding
Automatic intake, AI-drafted tasks and risk statements, and roll-up closure replace manual tracking.
Duplicates consolidated
Grouping related findings into one risk keeps the register readable for leadership.
Finding → risk → control
Auditors can follow the chain from observation to treated risk to mapped control.
Activation rules
A finding can't be Active without both owners and a plan.
Efficiency figures compare the effort of each workflow cycle in RiskVantis with the same work done manually or in a traditional GRC tool. Your result depends on your starting point; we will model it with you in a demo.
From setup to outcome.
Capture
Findings are logged, imported or reported by modules and connected systems.
Own
Assign the Finding Action Owner and Finding Owner.
Plan and approve
Define tasks, with AI suggestions, and approve the remediation plan.
Remediate
Track tasks to closure; progress rolls up into linked risks.
Supports your obligations.
Findings Management contributes evidence and coverage to these frameworks and regulations.
Common questions.
Where do findings come from?
They can be entered directly, raised by RiskVantis modules such as assessments, control tests, firewall, configuration and exposure reviews, or reported by connected systems through the API.
Does AI create risks automatically?
No. AI produces a draft risk from the Active findings you select, and a person decides whether to save it.
Can a finding be closed without a plan?
No. A Draft finding can't be closed from the record. It needs both owners and a remediation plan to become Active.
Works better together.
