Built for
More than 70% less effort.
Most GRC effort goes into moving information around: chasing owners, reconciling spreadsheets, re-mapping the same control for every framework and collecting the same evidence again. RiskVantis automates that movement, so teams spend their time on decisions.
Risk workflows
From intake to closure, the repetitive steps are automated: scoring, control mapping, treatment drafting, approvals, reminders and progress roll-up.
- One scoring engine and automatic control mapping on every new risk
- AI-drafted treatment plans and decision briefs; people approve
- One Focus list and email approvals instead of follow-up meetings
- Closure progress and board reporting calculated live
Compliance workflows
Map once to canonical controls and every framework benefits. Status is calculated, technical controls are checked continuously, and policies stay in sync with their controls.
- Map once to SCF, reuse across 19 frameworks
- Policy-as-Code checks replace screenshot-based testing
- AI policy drafting, gap reviews and control extraction
- Calculated, explainable posture instead of status spreadsheets
Evidence collection
Evidence is requested on schedule, reminded and escalated automatically, reviewed independently and accepted once to prove every requirement its control maps to.
- Collect once, prove many: one file for every mapped framework
- Scheduled requests with automatic reminders and escalation
- Secure upload links for people outside RiskVantis
- Freshness tracking and local OCR for scanned documents
| Workflow step | Traditional GRC & manual effort | With RiskVantis |
|---|---|---|
| Capture and score a risk | Spreadsheet entry, manual scoring, separate crosswalk to controls | Structured intake, one scoring engine, automatic control mapping |
| Plan and approve treatment | Plans drafted from scratch; approvals chased by email and meetings | AI-drafted plans, decision briefs, approvals in Focus or from email |
| Track remediation | Status meetings and update emails | Sub-tasks, timeline and closure % rolled up automatically |
| Comply with a new framework | New gap assessment and new evidence set per framework | Existing coverage reused through the SCF crosswalk |
| Test technical controls | Screenshots collected each audit period | Policy-as-Code checks run continuously on synced data |
| Keep policies current | Annual rewrite; controls drift from policy text | AI drafting, change-based approvals, controls governed in one register |
| Collect evidence | Email requests, shared drives, repeated per framework | Scheduled requests, reminders, independent review, collect once and prove many |
| Report to the board | Slides rebuilt from exports every quarter | Live dashboards, executive signals and scheduled dashboard emails |
The efficiency gain compares the effort of each workflow cycle in RiskVantis with the same work done manually or in a traditional GRC tool. It reflects the steps RiskVantis automates. Your result depends on your starting point and scope; we will model it with you in a demo.
Turn GRC from a cost centre into a vantage point.
Six connected product areas and a shared platform layer use one data model — so a risk, a control, a policy and a piece of evidence all know about each other, and every framework benefits.
One risk register. Every source of risk.
Bring in risks and findings from audits, assessments, scans, intelligence and connected systems. Score them with one engine, approve treatment through your workflow, govern exceptions, and report with live dashboards.
- One scoring engine, an 8-stage tracker and automatic control mapping
- Three treatment workflows with Risk Owner and CISO approval
- Appetite rules and reassessment proposals instead of silent rescoring
- Risk and security exceptions that always expire
- Board-ready dashboards, executive signals and scheduled reports

Payments depends on 2 vendors; single point of failure for Checkout and Refunds.
Map once. Prove everywhere.
RiskVantis is built around a simple idea: do the work once, connect it to every requirement it satisfies, and let AI handle the tedious parts.
Capture
Risks, findings, policies, vendors, assets and evidence flow in from uploads, imports, cloud and identity connectors, scanners, assessments and other systems.
Connect
Everything is linked to canonical SCF controls once, so it counts for every framework. AI proposes mappings; people confirm them.
Assure
Policy-as-Code checks, control tests, access, firewall and configuration reviews and scheduled evidence requests prove that controls work, all the time.
Act
Everyone works from one Focus list. Approvals happen from email after sign-in, reminders escalate on their own, and dashboards show each viewer their own data.
Built differently, on purpose.
AI-native, human-governed
Policy drafting, control extraction, mapping, root-cause and breach-path analysis — with every AI action confirmed by a person and written to the audit log.
Multi-framework by design
A common control set anchored on the Secure Controls Framework means one risk, control or artefact counts toward every framework that shares it.
Assurance, not just tracking
Policy-as-Code, control tests, access reviews, NHI and AI-agent governance, firewall assurance, configuration and exposure scans run inside the platform and feed findings straight into risk.
Enterprise-grade GRC for teams of two or three.
Mid-market and regulated organisations face enterprise expectations without enterprise headcount. RiskVantis gives a small team the leverage of a large one.
- Replace spreadsheet registers, crosswalks and evidence trackers
- Answer auditors and boards from live data
- Bring vendors, assets, cloud identities and security reviews into one program
- One list of what waits for each person, so nobody chases by email
- Priority markets: USA, India and Australia
Estimate the hours you could give back.
Move the sliders to model your program. The assumptions are shown under the result, so you can compare them with your own baseline.
Estimate. Baseline = the same work done manually or in a traditional GRC tool. Assumes risk work of 16 hrs/analyst/month with 72% saved; compliance mapping of 2 hrs/control/framework/year with 70% saved, plus 55% of controls reused for each additional framework; evidence collection of 6 hrs/control/framework/year with 75% saved; vendor assessments of 14 hrs each with 60% saved.
Purpose-built for regulated industries.
Pre-mapped frameworks and workflows for the sectors that carry the most regulatory weight.

What is RiskVantis?
RiskVantis is an AI-native governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform. It brings risk management, compliance, third-party risk, evidence, assets and control assurance into one connected system, with AI that drafts, maps and analyses while people stay in control.
How much effort does RiskVantis save?
Teams cut the effort of risk, compliance and evidence-collection workflows by more than 70% compared with traditional GRC tools and manual work. Most of the saving comes from automatic scoring and mapping, reuse of controls and evidence across frameworks, scheduled evidence requests and one Focus list for approvals.
Who is RiskVantis built for?
Mid-market companies, growing enterprises and regulated organisations, particularly in financial services, healthcare and technology, with priority markets in the USA, India and Australia.
Which frameworks does RiskVantis support?
The Secure Controls Framework connects ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002, NIST CSF 2.0, PCI DSS v4.0.1, SOC 2, the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the DPDP Act, NIS2, the EU Cyber Resilience Act, the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NYDFS 500, APRA CPS 234, CMMC 2.0, EHDS and ITGC. You can add your own, such as DORA or an internal standard, in the Framework Library or by Excel import.
Does the AI act without approval?
No. AI drafts policies, proposes mappings, suggests tasks and findings and analyses root causes, but changes are made only when a person confirms them. AI never approves anything. Restricted data is never sent to an AI provider, and every AI output is traceable.
How is RiskVantis deployed?
Each customer gets a dedicated RiskVantis environment on Microsoft Azure, with its own application, database, file store and encryption key, and single sign-on with your identity provider.
