Is this evidence good enough? Know before you accept.
AI assesses each piece of vendor evidence against the question it answers. Integrity checks, requirement-by-requirement sufficiency with verified quotes, your admissibility rules and calculated validity dates all come back, and a person decides.

What AI Vendor Evidence Assessment does
Every result covers one evidence file, assessed in the context of one assessment, question and answer. Integrity is checked deterministically: file hashes, type and signature, malware reputation, tampering and provenance, and a check that couldn't run shows Unknown, never Pass. Sufficiency is assessed requirement by requirement against the question's acceptance criteria, and every quote is verified against the document's text.
Admissibility is decided only by the rules you configure in TPRM governance. Validity and expiry dates are calculated by RiskVantis, not the AI. The recommendation can never be to accept evidence that failed integrity or admissibility. People accept, accept with conditions, request more, clarify, reject or escalate, and overriding the recommendation needs a reason. Results are versioned and marked out of date when anything changes.
Key capabilities
Integrity checks
Hashes, file signature, malware reputation, tampering and provenance.
Requirement sufficiency
Against acceptance criteria, with quotes verified in the document.
Your admissibility rules
Only configured rules decide admissibility.
Calculated validity
Dates read from the document, with statuses and day counts calculated by rules.
People decide
Accept, conditions, request more, clarify, reject or escalate.
Versioned & stale-aware
Re-runs are new versions; changes mark results out of date.
The business case.
Efficiency, multi-framework alignment, reduced complexity and streamlined processes: what AI Vendor Evidence Assessment changes for your programme.
Less evidence review time
Reviewers start from a structured assessment instead of reading every page.
Integrity first
Hash, signature and provenance checks run before anything else.
Same rules for every vendor
Admissibility and validity follow your configured rules.
Quotes you can verify
Every claim points to text found in the document.
Efficiency figures compare the effort of each workflow cycle in RiskVantis with the same work done manually or in a traditional GRC tool. Your result depends on your starting point; we will model it with you in a demo.
From setup to outcome.
Collect
The vendor uploads evidence against a question.
Assess
Integrity, sufficiency, admissibility and validity run in the background.
Decide
The reviewer accepts, requests more or rejects, with a reason for overrides.
Track
Requests and findings follow through the assessment.
Supports your obligations.
AI Vendor Evidence Assessment contributes evidence and coverage to these frameworks and regulations.
Common questions.
Does the AI accept evidence?
No. It recommends; a person decides, and overriding the recommendation needs a reason.
Can the AI invent quotes?
Quotes are verified against the document's extracted text, and unverifiable quotes are flagged rather than shown as verified.
Are results reused across assessments?
No. Each result belongs to one assessment and one evidence version.
Works better together.
