What Third-Party Assessments does
Assessments cover the whole relationship: onboarding, proactive, offboarding and reactive, with reassessments typed as periodic, triggered or remediation. Vendors receive a secure link that needs no login and works until the due date. Answers autosave, the vendor can resume later, and drafts stay invisible to reviewers until submitted. The respondent can invite colleagues by business email to help with a single question. Collaborators verify with an emailed code, can discuss and upload evidence for that question, and never edit the answer.
Reviewers decide each question, send the assessment back with a new due date, or accept it. Acceptance is blocked until mandatory questions are answered and evidence is present. AI drafts findings and an assessment-wide review, both advisory. Reassessments pre-fill the vendor's earlier answers as drafts, and the assessor sees what is unchanged, modified, new or removed.
