What R.O.S AI Assistant does
R.O.S is available on every screen. Ask how a feature works and it answers from product knowledge that ships with each release. Ask about your data and it searches and reads risks, findings, tasks, processes, controls, tests, third parties, policies, assets and users within your own access, through the same checks the screens use. It never uses a service account. Ready-made reports answer common questions, such as controls without an owner, failing tests or exceptions without compensating controls.
R.O.S can create, update or delete certain records, but only through a confirmation card that shows the exact change. A proposal expires after 10 minutes, and your permissions are checked again when you confirm. It never approves, rejects, accepts a risk, decides an exception or submits a plan. It ignores instructions written inside records, never sees more than you can, and every exchange is audited.
