What 360° View & Executive Signals does
Risks, findings, controls, documents, evidence files, security exceptions, compliance changes, assets and third parties all have a 360° View. It answers five questions: What is this? Why does it matter? Where did it come from? What does it affect? What should I do? Impact scenarios, such as evidence expiring, a control failing or a regulation changing, list every affected record as Direct, Indirect or Potential, with the relationship path that explains why. Lineage shows where a control's status, a piece of evidence or a risk comes from and what uses it.
Every AI output is recorded with the provider and model that answered, who asked and the record it is about, and Trace shows what it was built from. Prompts and answers are kept only as fingerprints. Executive Signals are recalculated every 6 hours from governed metrics, without AI, and show what is critical, deteriorating, improving or emerging, with What, Why, So what and Now what. Ready-made CISO, Risk, Compliance and Board views are built from the same governed widgets.

Are signals AI-generated?
No. Signals are rules over governed metrics, and each states the metric and rule version it is based on.
