What Integrations & API does
Microsoft Azure connections discover cloud resources into the asset inventory and enrich identities with role assignments. Microsoft Entra ID connections discover users, groups, service principals, app registrations and managed identities, which feed NHI governance and Policy-as-Code. Microsoft 365 connections read datasets used by Policy-as-Code checks. A dataset your tenant isn't licensed for is reported as such, never treated as empty. Connectors in the same family can share credentials without copying secrets.
Other systems can report findings directly. CryptoVantis certificate and cryptography findings already arrive this way, each issue once, with its owners in control. Service accounts get OAuth 2.0 client credentials with 60-minute tokens and rotation. Signed HTTPS webhooks send event metadata to your SIEM or ticketing tool, with retries and a delivery log, and Microsoft Teams receives notifications through a channel webhook.
Key capabilities
Microsoft Azure
Cloud resource discovery and role-assignment enrichment.
Microsoft Entra ID
Users, groups, service principals, app registrations and managed identities.
Microsoft 365
Read-only datasets for Policy-as-Code checks.
Findings from other systems
An intake API, starting with CryptoVantis, that de-duplicates by reference.
Service accounts & API
OAuth 2.0 client credentials, 60-minute tokens and credential rotation.
ITSM, webhooks & Teams
Connect market-leading ITSM tools through signed webhooks and the API; notify Microsoft Teams.
The business case.
Efficiency, multi-framework alignment, reduced complexity and streamlined processes: what Integrations & API changes for your programme.
Less manual data gathering
Discovery and sync replace exported spreadsheets.
What actually exists
Reviews and checks run against live inventory and identities.
From the source
Policy-as-Code checks evaluate synced data with recorded inputs.
Fits your stack
Webhooks and the API connect RiskVantis to your SIEM and tools.
Efficiency figures compare the effort of each workflow cycle in RiskVantis with the same work done manually or in a traditional GRC tool. Your result depends on your starting point; we will model it with you in a demo.
From setup to outcome.
Connect
Add Azure, Entra ID or Microsoft 365 credentials.
Sync
On demand or every 24 hours, with history.
Use
Data feeds assets, NHI governance and Policy-as-Code.
Integrate
Send webhooks and use the API from your tools.
Supports your obligations.
Integrations & API contributes evidence and coverage to these frameworks and regulations.
Common questions.
Which cloud and identity platforms are connected?
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 today. Sign-in also supports Active Directory, AWS Managed AD, OIDC and SAML providers.
Can RiskVantis work with our ITSM tool?
Yes. Market-leading ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management connect through signed webhooks, which announce events as they happen, and the token-based API, which reads and updates records.
Do webhooks carry our data?
No. Webhooks carry metadata only: the event, time and record identifier, signed with HMAC.
Can another tool create findings?
Yes. A service account with the right permission can report findings. Each issue arrives once and the finding's owners stay in control.
