What Collaboration & Delegation does
Collaboration works on risks, findings, tasks, third parties, controls, privacy assessments, AI agents, compliance changes and evidence. Choose a collaboration type, such as Evidence Review, SME Review or Management Response, then the exact fields and evidence to share and each permission: download, comment, upload or respond. External collaborators need no account. They use an emailed link and a verification code, and their access is isolated to that one collaboration. Start, due and expiry dates apply, and you can extend, close or revoke at any time.
Responses are advice and never change the record. Uploads go to the Evidence Library and are attached only if you choose. Delegation & Authority lets a person hand a persona's responsibilities to a colleague for a time window, for specific or future records. Every action is recorded as one person acting on behalf of the other, separation of duties applies to both people, and privileged delegations need approval.

Can an external collaborator see other records?
No. Access is limited to the snapshot of fields and evidence chosen for that collaboration, within its dates.
Can a collaborator's answer change the record?
No. Responses are advice; the record changes only through its own screens and rules.
Can Admin rights be delegated?
No. Admin can never be delegated. Privileged delegations need approval and are limited to specific records for at most 30 days.
