What Executive Risk Dashboard does
The Executive Dashboard brings risks, findings and third-party findings into one view. Severity distribution, aging and remediation time, backlog and burn-down, a heat map and the detailed risk table are calculated live. Clicking any card, bar or heat-map cell filters the table beneath it. The Overall Risk Score gauge shows the average score of open risks and their average closure progress. An adjusted score shows how external intelligence, such as known-exploited vulnerabilities, vendor breaches and end-of-life technology, would move it, with every step explained.
Period Comparison rebuilds posture as it really was at each point in time, using every risk's assessment history. Values that weren't recorded yet show as unknown, never as today's. Executive Signals highlight what is critical, deteriorating, improving or emerging, with the why, the so-what and the recommended action. Every widget is governed: people see only the panels they are granted, sensitive figures can be masked, and the layout is versioned and can be restored.

Does the adjusted risk score change my risks?
No. The adjustment is a proposal. Accepting it raises reassessment proposals that your risk team applies. Nothing is rescored automatically.
Can we control who sees each panel?
Yes. Executive Dashboard Access grants each panel by profile or person, with separate rights to drill down, export or see sensitive figures. A new widget stays hidden until it is granted.
Are draft risks included?
No. Draft risks stay in the register and work queues until they become Active, so the dashboard reflects agreed risk only.
