Overview

What Vendor Intelligence does

Name matching is not good enough for vendor intelligence. RiskVantis resolves each third party through GLEIF, and in Australia through the Business Register and ASIC, then monitors from there. Sources include SEC EDGAR filings and XBRL financial metrics for US filers, CourtListener federal dockets, and cyber indicators from URLhaus, ThreatFox, AlienVault OTX, your own MISP instance or TAXII 2.1 server, and an optional dark-web search provider.

The Vendor Intelligence tab on each profile shows changes over 7, 30 and 90 days, events, supply chain, a timeline and cyber exposure. Research Now runs on-demand, targeted or deep research, and its AI cost is tracked per vendor. AustLII decisions, SEBI orders and disclosures, and other official documents from RBI, MCA and e-Courts are ingested from their official URL or file. Every extracted detail must be supported by a verified quote and is validated by a person.

FAQ

Common questions.

How are vendors matched to legal entities?

Through GLEIF, and in Australia through the Business Register and ASIC. Intelligence matching uses only confirmed aliases.

What about sources without an API?

Import the official document by URL or file. AI extracts the details, each backed by a verified quote, and a person validates them.

Can sources be switched off?

Yes. Each source can be enabled or disabled. A source without credentials shows NOT CONFIGURED and is never simulated.
